All projects include two rounds of revision per phase and a recorded handoff walkthrough. Half the fee is invoiced on kickoff, the balance on delivery.
North & Oak was founded in 2019 by Marin Halloway and Theo Park, two designers who'd grown tired of agency work that prized volume over craft. We took on a single client that first year and have kept the studio deliberately small ever since.
Today we work with roughly twelve clients a year — mostly independent businesses, small museums, and a few larger institutions that need a quieter, more thoughtful team. Our work has been recognized by the Type Directors Club, Brand New, and AIGA.
